Everyone loves good food and many people love to cook. Our "Cooking Class Dinner" allows groups of 20 or more to knead the dough and pound the fillets. It is great fun and here is how it works:
When guests arrive, they are outfitted in chef toques and aprons. The entire east wall of the space opens to the kitchen. The guests are divided into groups to help in the preparation and learn about cooking techniques, while our staff piles them with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
After an hour or so, the fruits of their labor are assembled by our team of chefs and the evening transforms into a dinner party...one which the guests have literally had a hand in preparing.
